You can enter *98 on your phone to start the voicemail menu.

  • 2 call number back (only internal numbers)
  • 3 state date, time and duration of the message
  • 4 instigate an external call
  • 5 send a message
• 4 play the previous message
• 5 repeat the current message
• 6 play the next message
• 7 remove the current message (press 7 again to cancel the removal)
• 8 Send a message to a different voicemail box
  • 1 use voicemail number
  • 2 use voicemail directory
• 9 Save messages in a folder
  • 0 save in ‘new messages’
  • 1 save in ‘old messages’
  • 2 save in ‘work messages’
  • 3 save in ‘family messages’
  • 4 save in ‘friends messages’
• * rewind when the message is being played
• # fast-forward when the message is being played

* 2 change folder

• 0 go to new messages
• 1 go to old messages
• 2 go to work messages

• 1 Record the ‘not available’ message

Press # to fast-forward a voicemail message that is being played.
Press * to rewind the message.
Forwarding and rewinding is done in leaps of 3 seconds.
