The PBX has two levels of language settings, at the:
The language setting affects voiceprompts such as the voicemail menu.
Avoid mixed language messages by keeping the server level language equal to the user level language.
To set the language at the server level, log-in to the PBX and select menu option System → Options → Locale:
To set the language at the user level, log-in to the PBX and select menu options System → Users → Phone user → Tab Account:
The language set at this level determines the language used in the voicemail prompts.
To set the end-user management interface, log-in to the EUI as phone user and select language in the right upper corner.
